Southeast Senior Services in Sitka is looking for a Dispatcher to fill a vital role at the Swan Lake Senior Center. The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling rides, communicating schedule changes to drivers, inputting passenger and ride information into a database, and filling in as driver as needed. Must be 21 years of age, have an Alaska driver's license and a good driving record for the past 18 months with no DUI or reckless driving for the past three years. Experience working with senior citizens and/or persons with disabilities is preferred. Experience with routine vehicle maintenance is desirable. Background check and pre-employment/random drug tests required. This position is full time, 37.5 hours/week, 8am-3:30pm Monday through Friday. Starting wage $19/hour.
