• Coordinate service calls and dispatch technicians throughout the day
• Help make sure the right tech gets to the right job
• Communicate with customers and keep them updated
• Monitor schedules and help keep the day running smoothly
• Track warranty items and repairs so nothing gets missed
• Follow up on open repair estimates and help close outstanding opportunities
• Help support office operations and team communication
