Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Manager's duty is to maintain an exceptional store experience for visitors and team members at all times while always keeping up with compliance. The Manager acts as the manager on duty whenever the store manager or assistant store manager is not on-site. The Manager is a leader for the team on the floor as well as assisting with various administrative duties. The position that is being offered is required to work night shifts on the weekends. This supervisor will be responsible for closing the store every weekend and will be responsible for working some evening budtending shifts during the week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs opening or closing store duties
• Maintains a welcoming and upbeat environment while consistently demonstrating Ajoya core values and providing all visitors with an elevated experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and coaches desired behaviors with the rest of the team including advanced sales techniques, accurate cash management, handling of challenging customers
• Assisting with administrative store duties such as cash services and product deliveries Assist the management team with receiving, checking in, labeling , and stocking product as required Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals Coordinate with managers to execute promotions and exclusive strain drops Maintaining accurate and up to date knowledge of MED compliance regulations Managing the inventory within all compliance regulations provided by the MED Maintain up to date records of internal forms and documents as well as POS system Required and/or

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must have required state licensure (MED)
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related experience
• Three years experience in a retail management environment, with at least one year in a Colorado dispensary leadership role
• Experience with hands-on customer service
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Cannabis POS and METRC proficiency
• Experience with Google & Microsoft programs (Docs, Sheets, Excel, etc.

)
