As a Bartender at our distillery, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and drinks that highlight our premium alcohols. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in mixology but also possesses a deep knowledge of our products to provide recommendations and educate customers on our offerings.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed. Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about our company and products, and make recommendations. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the bar and distillery events. Uphold the brand image and standards of quality through professional presentation and demeanor.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a distillery, upscale bar, or restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be at least 21 years of age and hold necessary certifications to serve alcohol in Georgia.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with POS systems. Passion for craft spirits and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with customers.
