Distribution Associate - 1st Shift

Picker / Packer - $17-$20/hr 📍

As a Picker/Packer , you'll play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped correctly to meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Process and audit products to ensure they meet customer specifications Inspect items for quality, labeling, and accuracy before shipment Prepare and ship orders to designated customer locations Sort, count, and organize parts and inventory Maintain a clean work area, including disposing of cardboard and waste properly Follow all warehouse procedures for order fulfillment and shipping Qualifications Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Experience with order picking, packing, or shipping/receiving Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and work independently Basic counting, labeling, and inventory tracking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Join This Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
