Distribution Center Workflow Coordinator AM Weekend (4th shift)

Description Position Summary:

The DC Workflow Coordinator is responsible for overseeing order flow, inventory and managing allocation distribution efficiently and on time This role plays a critical part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the distribution centers are communicating collaboratively with the Operations Teams, Maintenance Teams, Franchisee Partners and Brand Partners. Hours for the role are 8am to 630pm Thursday to Sunday and overnight as needed Job Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing Warehouse Management System to coordinate order processing and control the flow of work through the Distribution Center.
• Assigns and releases workload through Warehouse Management Systems
• Monitoring of orders and constant movement of inventory and conveyors within the Distribution Center via material handling visualization software and camera systems.
• Acts as point of contact for Operations Leaders for workflow or mechanical issues.
• Facilitates escalation to proper business units and communicates resolution to operational partners.
• Assist with supporting accurate inventory maintenance and reconciliation.
• Assist with creating and supporting of domestic/international transportation documents
• Communication partnership for international shipment requirements.
• Assist coordinating daily operations in collaboration with both Operations and Brand Partners.
• Communication partnership with multiple levels (peers-Executive Leadership) of Operations and Brand Partners.
