COPY LINK link Adecco is currently seeking Trainers for a premiere client in Carlisle, PA! Multiple shifts available, Rates start at $19.69/HR.

Duties:

Train processes and procedures through verbal instruction, demonstration, and trainee's hands-on execution of required job skills. Conduct new hire orientations and refresher training classes. Must be able to facilitate and deliver all classroom training content. Use appropriate assessment tools to provide feedback regarding trainee's progress and relay to Training Manager and DC Operations Management Assist in the development of training materials to ensure success of all Associates. Including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, translation software, etc Be the subject matter expert by developing and maintaining a level of operational expertise in a minimum of one functional area in the Distribution Center.

Skills Needed:

Excellentmunication skills in English, both oral and written. Additional languages a plus!! Comfortable speaking in front of large groups Well-developed skills that include a demonstrated willingness to help others be successful using a patient coaching approach. Proficient in Word and Math (testing required). Ability to train multiple personality types and stay on track to successfullyplete the training on time. Does this sound like your next career step? Pay Details:
