is looking for a Customer Operations Intern to join our team. As a Customer Ops Intern you will be responsible for supporting BODYARMOR's Coca-Cola E-commerce and Direct Club customers through analysis tracking and systematic updating of their respective orders. Although directly reporting to Customer Service Management this individual will be communicating collaborating and finding solutions in tandem with numerous departments and teams such as Transportation Deployment Inventory Warehousing IT and Finance. They will prioritize best-in-class customer service aligning with our
BODYARMOR
operational objectives of ensuring all orders are delivered on time and in full.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with internal
BODYARMOR
teams regarding upcoming limited-time-offer (LTO) bottles and shipments participate in team discussions and evaluation of these shipments. Champion customer engagement experience and success through best-in-class support and communication. Analysis investigation and updating of shipments to accurately reflect status (shipped/pending shipment/etc.) for
BODYARMOR
reporting. Work closely with the Customer Service Team Lead and IT to build a new contact directory for all customers and locations. Support additional projects reporting and tasks as requested
REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university required recent graduate preferred Experience in Excel (VLOOKUP's pivot tables etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and analytical Ability to organize multitask and prioritize in an ever-changing environment Proactive big-picture thinker - anticipates situations before they occur Collaborative team-player Passion for learning and understanding customer and supply chain operations!
LOCATION
Whitestone NY Compensation $4320/ per month Base pay offered may vary depending on geography job-related knowledge skills and experience.
