EXCELLENT RECORD OF POSITIVE BUSINESS AND SALES GROWTH STRONG COST MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES STRONG DELIVERY OF BOTTOM-LINE RESULTS ASSOCIATE RETENTION, GROWTH AND PROVEN DEVELOPMENT EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Duties and responsibilities include:

ATTENTION TO DAILY TASKS RELATED TO MULTI-UNIT RETAIL OPERATIONS. COACHING, DIRECTING & MENTORING STORE MANAGEMENT TEAMS TO POSITIVELY IMPACT BOTH SALES AND PROFITS. WORKING WITH STORE MANAGEMENT TEAMS TO DEVELOP A BUSINESS PLAN THAT STANDARDIZES AND ENHANCES OPERATIONS. COMPLETE OTHER VARIED TASKS AND SPECIAL PROJECTS WHEN NEEDED AS DIRECTED BY COMPANY LEADERSHIP. THIS POSITION WILL REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE VP OF OPERATIONS

Qualifications:

EXTENSIVE STORE DIRECTOR OR DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR EXPERIENCE TRAVEL IS REQUIRED TO STORE LOCATIONS IN ASSIGNED TERRITORY MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
