Pay Range:
$22.00-$31.13 per hour, based on experience
Calendar:
Year-round, 12-month position (260 Calendar days)
Position Summary:
The District Office Coordinator supports the daily operations of the District Office by providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while providing excellent service to employees, administrators, and external partners. The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring district office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Proficient with standard office equipment and computer applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software. Demonstrates excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the District Office. Maintain accurate office records, correspondence, and files. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes as needed. Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and internal requests. Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Support staff and administrators with scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation. Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as requested. Ensure compliance with district policies and procedures. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Work Conditions:
Primarily office-based with occasional physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, and lifting. Requires strong attention to detail, planning, and coordination.
