This position qualifies for a 90-day development program with a direct path to becoming the next General Manager in the district. Elevate your restaurant career to take ownership of a bakery as the General Manager! What's a day in the life of a Shift Manager? Our Shift Managers are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together! Shift Leaders/Managers collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Managers to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Managers open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. What we are looking for:

At least 1 year of Shift Manager experience At least 2 years of restaurant experience Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training Must be in possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy #
