DMV & Insurance Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative

Job description

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with DMV and insurance-related services Support daily office operations and administrative tasks Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service Process paperwork, maintain files, and handle data entry Follow up with clients regarding renewals, payments, and required documents Assist with cash handling and office transactions when needed Maintain an organized and professional office environment Help with additional office tasks as assigned Availability to work 2 saturdays per month

Qualifications:

Previous office experience required Bilingual (Spanish & English) required Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and office software knowledge DMV experience and/or insurance experience is a plus Licensed DMV Agent and/or Insurance License is a plus We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow with our team. Pay:
