Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Dock Clerk to join our team in Morris, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and balancing the inbound and outbound process of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to insure daily production needs are met, provide timely communications to other departments and leadership personnel, and support all other warehouse operation functions and personnel as assigned. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $22.82/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Located in Morris, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor. Monitor WMS forecasted workloads inbound and outbound to ensure adequate utilization of facility and transportation resources. Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders. Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates. Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports. Perform other duties as required or assigned. Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance. Supports supervisors and warehouse associates to complete daily operation functions Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices — (Salary range based on experience) —
