Do you like teaching people to fish and see them land their biggest or first trophy fish? Are you looking to live and work with other like-minded people? This role has a variety of outdoor tasks.

• General Camp & Dock Duties (as required):
• Be excited about fishing on Eagle Lake!!
• Provide incredible customer service
• Review orientation of boats, equipment, lake map and _h_azards
• Record & monitor daily fishing activities, share and post for social media
• Clean and package fish
• Maintain boats and motors (regularly monitor, clean, communicate)
• Fuel boats
• Assist guests with equipment, entering/exiting boat
• Provide grounds and lawn care maintenance
• Perform various camp duties (painting/staining, path maintenance, yard work, firewood, fuel, propane, garbage removal, general projects and maintenance as required. Note some heavy lifting is required)
• Adhere to expectations and laws in regard to: Ontario and Canadian Regulations, WSIB, safety, usage of alcohol and/or marijuana, driving, boating and or fishing/hunting

• Required certifications:
• Ontario Fishing License
• Pleasure Craft Operator's Card (Boater's certification)
• General Driver's License You will be the key person to maintain an efficient dock, equipment (boats, motors, fueling system, etc.

), and property. We require customer service and safety as the top priority - Always. Daily guest numbers vary throughout the season. We want people with an enthusiasm for the outdoor life and enjoyment in meeting new people all season long. This great opportunity runs from June 1st until mid July 25th but there is a possiblity for an extension into August. It includes accommodations, your wage plus tips. It's a great way to save most of what you earn and enjoy your summer while working.
