Full-time Permanent 2. Summary of the job We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Dock Operator to join our team in Douglasville. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on safety, precision, and operational excellence. 3. Key responsibilities Operate heavy equipment and machinery used in loading, unloading, and transporting materials at the dock. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on dock equipment, including repair tasks as needed. Assemble the proper BURA cartons. Fill BURA cartons with the proper material. Safely load flatbed trucks with the proper material. Clean and organize the dock area as necessary. Any other duties assigned by management. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in a dock environment 4. Requirements Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks. Excellent attention to safety protocols and ability to work in high-pressure situations. Work in extreme temperatures. Any other duties assigned by management. 5.
