Dog Daycare Pack Leader

NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS

Duties Caring for small dogs sizes 25 pounds or 13 inches tall, monitoring temperaments, ensuring safe and engaging outings that promote health and happiness Assist in administering medications if needed with documentation. Handle animals with loving care using proper techniques to ensure safety for both pets and handlers Assist with dog enrichment activities and agility training exercises to reinforce good behavior and obedience Monitor pet behavior during play sessions , noting any health or behavioral concerns to report back to owners or supervisors Maintain detailed records of pet care activities, feeding schedules, and any incidents or observations Experience Prior experience in dog handling, pet sitting, or animal care roles is highly preferred but will train the right person. Knowledge of dog training techniques and veterinary experience is a strong plus Experience with veterinary technician or veterinary assistant duties demonstrates a solid understanding of animal health . Excellent customer service skills are essential for building trust with dog owners and addressing their concerns effectively Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary , standing for periodically with some bending and kneeling.
