Job Description
We are a small, family-oriented outdoor doggy daycare & boarding facility with a tight-knit team of three. Our dogs aren't just clients — they're part of our daily life. We work closely together, support each other, & take pride in creating a safe, structured, & loving environment.

Employment Type:
Part-time, 3-4 days per week, 18-24 hours per week.Compensation:
$ 21-23 per hour, depending on experienceRequirements :
We're looking for someone who thrives in a small-business setting & enjoys meaningful, hands-on work. You must love dogs, big & small, be able to interact with dogs in a caring & non-threatening manner & keep them safe. Experience handling groups of 5-7 dogs is preferred. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends & some holiday shifts.Working Conditions:
May be exposed to unpleasant odors, noises, animal dander, animal feces, bites, scratches & sanitation chemicals. Comfortable working in a loud environment. Weather can be more severe in our area. You may be working in rain, wind, & snow.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise dogs to ensure safe, positive group interactions and promptly address escalating behaviors.
- Learn and apply dog behavior knowledge in daily care.
- Respond quickly and calmly to unpredictable situations.
- Assist with boarding routines, including rotations, feeding, and group play.
- Follow safety protocols and perform thorough cleaning and sanitation duties.
- Stand/walk for 6-7 hours and lift up to 45 lbs.
- Deliver excellent customer service with clear, professional communication.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain accurate communication logs.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous professional experience working with dogs (daycare, trainer, shelter, vet technician, dog walker, dog sitter, etc.
