Overview We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Greeter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about services and amenities. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using POS systems, including Aloha POS. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring all guest questions are answered accurately. Assist in managing reservations and coordinating with the hospitality team to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the guest experience. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services throughout their stay. Qualifications Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred, particularly in hospitality or food service environments. Familiarity with POS systems, especially Aloha POS, is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences for visitors.
