Door to Door Appointment Setter Permanent LED Lighting

We're looking for outgoing , motivated people to join the Trimlight Austin field team as Appointment Setters. You'll go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to our permanent LED lighting system, and schedule consultations for our sales team. No closing required — just great conversations and a drive to succeed. We start you hourly at $20 so you can learn without pressure, then transition you to commission where the real money is. Top performers are promoted to Closer — where income is truly unlimited. The average rep earns $90,000-$160,000 per year. Pay:
