We're looking for a Door to Door Marketing Lead who thrives in the field—not behind a desk. This role is for someone who can own local visibility , engage neighborhood through door to door marketing and turn everyday projects into powerful marketing assets . You'll be working as the dynamic boots on the ground energy with the neighborhoods we are working in as well as neighborhood we want to work in— you be out and about showing up in neighborhoods bring the energy of White Oak Painting to interactions and conversations with neighbors by walking local neighborhoods, knocking on doors, introducing homeowners to our company and being an abslute blessing to them. How, you might ask? Serve them. Discover their needs, and help them see that we can solve it. Bexause of you, there will be energetic All Star out in neighborhoods everyday, scheduling estimates for our sales team. This is executed stratefically. Picture yourself as a neighborhood strategist, planning marketing efforts with intentional timimg of 1. Placing yard signs and handing out flyers. 2. Placing yard flags and hanging wer paint signs. and the main one, 3. Knocking on doors and scheduling estimate appointment for our sales team. You'll be helping our brand show up consistently and professionally in the real world. If you love being hands-on, dynamically engaging in conversations with local homeowners, and want to play a key role in driving growth for a trades-based business, this role is for you. What You'll Be Responsible For Field Marketing & Brand Presence Track neighborhood marketing strategies and actively engage them through door-to-door marketing efforts Represent the company professionally in neighborhoods and on-site Support local brand awareness initiatives (yard signs, neighborhood visibility, etc.) Marketing Execution & Coordination Work closely with leadership to align content with current marketing goals Track what's being captured so nothing falls through the cracks Help identify which neighborhoods, projects, and crews generate the best marketing assets What We're Looking For Thrives outside talking to people and loves a challenge Unquestionable, comfort, and confidence with talking to people and communicating clearly Confident using a smartphone or camera for video and photo capture Organized, reliable, and self-directed Able to communicate clearly with crews and leadership Not afraid to take initiative and problem-solve in the field Doesn't get discouraged being told "No", in fact, if FUELS them to drive for success. Experience in door to door marketing, construction, trades, or home services is a big plus—but not required.Why This Role Matters:
