Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities. Maintain excellent communication skills to handle objections, answer questions, and foster trust throughout the sales process. Requirements Proven experience in sales, especially in B2B (business-to-business) or technology sales, is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making confidently. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate product benefits clearly. Experience with telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to perform business development activities through warm calling and marketing strategies.
