In this vital role, you will oversee compliance management across our fleet and logistics activities, coordinate regulatory reporting, and implement risk management strategies. Duties Monitor and ensure compliance with DOT regulations, MSHA standards, FDA regulations, and other relevant transportation safety laws. Manage all aspects of regulatory reporting related to freight movement, fleet operations, and safety audits. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance management programs for transportation activities. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential safety or regulatory issues within the supply chain and logistics processes. Collaborate with fleet management teams to optimize transportation management systems and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Prepare detailed reports on compliance status, incident investigations, and safety performance metrics. Coordinate training sessions on MSHA standards, freight handling procedures, and regulatory updates for staff involved in logistics and transportation. Qualifications Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation compliance roles. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA standards, FDA regulations related to freight handling, and freight safety protocols. Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and risk management practices within transportation environments. Excellent report writing skills with the ability to analyze data and present clear findings. Experience in fleet management or transportation management systems is highly desirable. Ability to interpret complex regulations and implement effective compliance strategies. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
