Dough Prep Position

Job Summary This is an over-night position (11pm-7am), dough production position and food prep. Responsibilities Prepare doughs and related ingredients according to established recipes and standards Assist in portioning, shaping, and assembling dough-based products for baking or cooking Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dough station, including proper storage of ingredients Follow food safety protocols to ensure hygiene and quality control throughout food handling processes Support the kitchen team with meal preparation, including basic cooking tasks as needed Handle food with care, ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed at all times Experience Hands-on experience with food handling, knife skills, and meal preparation is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards within the food industry or restaurant experience is essential Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
