• Part-time, Seasonal Overview We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Barback / Drink Runner to support our bar and floor operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This role is responsible for assisting bartenders with bar setup and maintenance while also delivering beverages promptly and accurately to guests and servers. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works efficiently, and contributes to an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Support bartenders during service by stocking liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas throughout service Garnish and deliver beverages from the bar to dining room tables Ensure drinks are delivered quickly, accurately, and according to service standards Communicate with bartenders and servers regarding drink status and guest requests Collect and clean glassware from tables and bar areas Assist with opening and closing side work duties Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low Maintain cleanliness of service stations, storage areas, and beverage equipment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Support the front-of-house team wherever needed during busy shifts Qualifications Previous restaurant or bar experience required Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Traits Sense of urgency and attention to detail Ability to multitask efficiently Professional appearance and demeanor Passion for hospitality and guest service Must be able to balance 10+ drinks on a tray Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay plus potential tip share Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth within the company Staff meals and dining discounts (if applicable)
