Drive Thru Coffee Shop Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead daily operations at one of our locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high product quality. Manage scheduling, inventory control, and supply ordering. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Train new team members and cultivate a positive, high-performance work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous coffee experience as a barista and preferably shift lead. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of specialty coffee required. Passion for coffee and delivering a premium customer experience. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of inventory management and scheduling.
