This role is working at the Becnel Rental Tool division. Deliver and retrieve company equipment using trucks and trailers while adhering to all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company policies. Provide a professional presence at customer job sites. When not driving, assist with routine warehouse tasks alongside the team. Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Driving company vehicle to pick-up and/or drop off equipment to customers place of business Document customer orders and order instructions Operate commercial trucks and trailers under state, federal, and DOT regulations Safely transport Becnel Rental Tools or customer equipment to work sites or customer locations, strictly obeying traffic and route guidelines Maneuver into loading/unloading zones, following crew signals Load, unload, and secure equipment at company locations using chains/straps, returning empty pallets Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections (brakes, tires, lights, fluids) and report mechanical issues Conduct weekly vehicle inspections in the forms provided Arrange trailers efficiently in the yard for smooth logistics Perform routine truck maintenance and minor roadside repairs as needed Issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pick-up or delivery Cleans company vehicle as necessary Resolve and document customer complaints or issues Routinely interact with customers as deliveries and/or pick-ups are made Assist with shipping & receiving as needed Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 3+ years driving experience with a valid CDL-A driver's license and acceptable driver history Air brake endorsement is required Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable CDL experience Proficient with truck and trailer operation, load securement, and DOT inspections Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and securing equipment Skilled use of GPS and fleet management systems for navigation and dispatch coordination Must be detail oriented Preferred Attributes Mechanical aptitude for minor maintenance tasks Knowledge of overweight hauling permits, weight restrictions, and DOT regulations Commitment to safety protocol compliance and use of PPE Oilfield experience is a plus Education and/or
Experience:
Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
