Driver:

Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs. Assist Wellness Manager and/or Life Enrichment Manager with transporting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. Clean and wash vehicle. May perform housekeeping functions as directed. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma/GED required Maintain a valid driver's license Must have and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver preferred CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire date Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement - please apply, we'd love to get to know you!
