Driver/ Houseman

Hello and I hope you're having a pleasant day as you're reading this posting. We are looking for a full time driver and house manager. When not driving for one of the family members is when the household work should be done. You will need your own transportation to and from the pick up location. There will be varying days of the week and varying times needed. If you're interested in this position please submit your resume. Please make sure you have a clean drivers license. We have a young son at 3 years old and a 6 month old, we also have 2 dogs. Getting along with dogs and young children is a necessity for this job. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property. The House Manager will be responsible for managing household staff, coordinating events and maintenance, and ensuring the smooth running of the household. Being punctual and on time is very important. Compensation is salary based and amount on experience. A list of the general responsibilities and tasks are noted below

Duties:

• Preform housekeeping duties, ensuring that all areas of the residence are clean and well-maintained. We have a full time house keeper so this would be complimentary
• Coordinate and manage household events, including parties, gatherings, and special occasions
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries, and ensure timely restocking
• Setting up and taking down holiday decorations
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of the property, liaising with contractors as needed
• Perform basic handyman type work around the house
• maintain and clean all vehicles

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff members, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices and standards
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in using computer software for administrative tasks
• Follow all traffic rules when driving
