We are currently seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused independent contractors for HelloFresh delivery routes originating out of Landover, Maryland. We are looking for experienced drivers who understand route efficiency, professionalism, and high-volume delivery operations. This opportunity is ideal for motivated drivers seeking consistent weekly earnings and long-term route opportunities with a company focused on operational excellence and reliability. Position Summary Drivers will be responsible for delivering HelloFresh meal delivery boxes to residential customers throughout the DMV and Baltimore regions.

Drivers can expect:

Approximately 50-100+ delivery boxes per day Residential delivery routes throughout the DMV and Baltimore markets Fast-paced final-mile delivery operations Consistent weekly route opportunities Routes operate seven days per week and require strong time management, route organization, and customer service skills. Drivers should be comfortable handling moderate-to-high delivery volumes and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Pick up delivery routes from the Landover, MD distribution location Safely and efficiently deliver HelloFresh boxes to residential customers Load, organize, and manage route inventory for maximum efficiency Use GPS navigation and delivery applications effectively Maintain delivery accuracy and on-time performance Provide professional customer service during all deliveries Follow all safety procedures and company operational standards Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations management Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Reliable Cargo Van, Sprinter Van, or Pickup Truck required Active auto insurance Smartphone with reliable data access Must have a hand cart or dolly Ability to lift and transport delivery boxes safely Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and complete routes efficiently Delivery experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with HelloFresh, Amazon DSP, FedEx, UPS, courier, grocery delivery, or final-mile logistics operations Experience handling high-stop residential delivery routes Familiarity with DMV and Baltimore delivery areas Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Service Areas Routes may include deliveries throughout: Baltimore, MD Towson, MD White Marsh, MD Columbia, MD Ellicott City, MD Glen Burnie, MD Hyattsville, MD Washington DC Northern Virginia Surrounding DMV and Baltimore markets What We Offer Consistent weekly routes Professional operational support Weekly direct deposit payments Long-term contractor opportunities Growing delivery volume and route availability Opportunity to scale for fleet owners and multi-driver operators Apply Today JAY Logistics LLC is actively onboarding qualified drivers immediately for HelloFresh delivery operations.
