Driver - Independent Contractor

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dependable Driver - Independent Contractor to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating personal vehicles, sedans, or delivery vans, to transport goods efficiently and professionally. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently while providing exceptional customer service. Your dedication to detail , communication skills, consistency, and attention to vehicle maintenance will ensure a smooth and positive experience for all clients. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport medical supplies or cargo according to scheduled routes or delivery instructions Provide excellent customer service by secure package handling, and addressing inquiries in a friendly and timely manner Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met; perform basic maintenance checks and report any issues promptly Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members using clear and professional language Assist with heavy lifting when loading or unloading cargo as needed Maintain accurate logs of trips, deliveries, mileage, and vehicle condition for record-keeping purposes Requirements Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., CDL for commercial driving or bus licenses for bus driving) Proven experience as a delivery driver, spark, uber eats, medical courier, or in similar driving roles Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic troubleshooting Reliable transportation with a clean driving record; background checks and drug screen are required Physical ability to handle heavy lifting Insurance Requirements 500/25/50 minimum; No cargo required Vehicle 2013 or Newer; Sedans, Suvs, or Cargo Vans Join us as a Driver - Independent Contractor and enjoy the freedom of flexible hours while making a positive impact through safe transportation services.
