Typing Full Job Description Schedule:

Monday•Friday (with rotating on weekends once trained)

Hours:

5:30 a.m.•2:30 p.m. (with a lunch)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Learns functions of key positions in the Company. Operational focus on guidance and dispatching for team members. Safety Procedure & Training—must know DOT compliance and CSA understanding. Customer communication regarding dispatch information, set appointments, etc. Driver on-boarding and integration with the account. Ability & confidence to have discussions surrounding necessary improvements for the fleet (In-Person, Phone, or Group Meetings) Safety procedure compliance.

Qualifications:

Firm knowledge operating in ERP systems such as TMW, Various Dispatch Systems, Samsara, Customer ERP Systems, Citrix, PC Miler/Routing, and Maintenance Reporting System. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Good problem resolution skills. Possess strong data entry skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure is very important. Needs to be able to uphold high levels of confidentiality when working with other employees, customer(s), or vendor(s). Excellent organization skills.

Education & Experience:

Prior Leadership or Management experience needed. Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience desired. Experience in a DOT Transportation environment is desired. Background in Safety and OSHA compliance is desired.

Physical Demand:

Ability to type at 45 wpm. Needs to be able to see a computer screen from a reasonable distance. Able to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for a full 8-hour day. Some travel may be required.
