SHUTTLE DRIVER QUALIFICTIONS

Must be at least 25 years or older (Insurance Requirement) Clean Driving Record Valid Drivers License Pass DOT Drug Screen Pass Background Check Pass DOT Physical Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift luggage into van as needed Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally Punctuality and reliability are essential Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws Attention to detail and a commitment to safety Professional appearance and demeanor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely transport clients to and from CVG Airport following all traffic laws and safety regulations. Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings throughout the journey. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage onto the shuttle. Provide any necessary assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs. Perform Pre & Post Trip Inspections. Ensure vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate person/s. Provide professional and friendly customer service to passengers. Answer questions, provide information and address any concerns or complaints. Maintain clear and effective communication with passengers, colleagues and supervisors. Keep passengers informed of any changes to the schedule or route. Follow assigned schedules and routes to pick up and drop off clients promptly. Notify dispatch of any delays or changes in schedule. Have a thorough understanding of airport terminals, hotels and other locations on the shuttle route. Navigate efficiently, avoiding traffic congestion if possible. Keep the van clean and presentable at all times. Ensure the interior is free of trash and debris. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Uphold standards of professionalism and integrity while representing the shuttle service.

SCHEDULE

Full-Time or Part-Time Must be able to work on Saturday Full-Time Shift would be 4 other days plus Saturday Part-Time would be Saturday plus 2 other days 1:00pm to 9:00pm All shifts start and end at Executive Transportation's office in Newport, KY. SALARY Starts at $12.00 / Hour Every trip includes tips
