Driver/Tow Truck Agent - Repossession

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Repossession Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and recovering vehicles through tow truck operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and legal standards. Clearplan, RDN, RC Mobile experience preferred. We are a fast paced extremely busy Repossession company looking for a couple of agents that are money motivated and detail oriented that want to work hard. We can talk about schedule in person upon review of applicant. This is a per car job, agents now are averaging between 15 to 30 units a week. Join our team and be ready to get to work. E license is preferred, however the right EE agent may work as well. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, to recover and transport repossessed vehicles efficiently and safely Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to identify vehicle issues during recovery or transport Manage conflict situations professionally, maintaining a calm demeanor when dealing with vehicle owners or customers during repossession activities Maintain accurate documentation of all recoveries, and vehicle conditions in compliance with company policies Perform routine inspections of tow trucks and related equipment to ensure optimal safety and operational readiness Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures during vehicle recovery operations Requirements Proven experience, especially operating tow trucks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must Excellent conflict management skills to handle tense situations professionally and effectively Ability to load & unload vehicles safely using appropriate tools and equipment Join us if you're ready to bring your driving skills, and energetic attitude into a great family oriented company
