Drug and Alcohol CounselorFamily Service Association of Bucks CountyLanghorne, PA | Full-Time | $50,000-$72,000 annually (based on licensure and professional experience)At Family Service Association of Bucks County, we are always seeking compassionate and qualified individuals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. Each year, we assist nearly 30,000 individuals in overcoming a wide range of challengesfrom substance use and mental health issues to homelessness.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couple, and family counseling to clients with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Offer crisis intervention and case management, connecting clients to vital community resources.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency standards.

Collaborate with colleagues, community partners, and other service providers to ensure holistic care.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical expertise and cultural competence.

QualificationsMasters degree in Social Work (MSW) or related human services/health field.

Licensed or unlicensed clinicians welcome (LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC).Experience or internship in counseling, preferably with clients facing substance use challenges.

Strong skills in crisis intervention, writing, communication, and culturally responsive care.

Commitment to ethical practice and respect for client autonomy.
