The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Receive clothing and household items for dry cleaning or laundering Tag, sort, and track garments accurately Operate the cash register and process payments Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special cleaning instructions Prepare completed orders for pickup Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and lobby area Coordinate with cleaning and pressing staff regarding customer orders Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus Basic math and cash-handling skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed Preferred Skills Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems Multilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of garment care and fabrics preferred but not required Work Environment Retail storefront setting Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interaction May involve light lifting and handling of clothing bags
