Responsibilities Carefully press shirts, suits, dresses, and other garments using professional equipment to achieve crisp, wrinkle-free results. Sort clothing items according to type, fabric, and cleaning instructions to ensure proper handling. Operate dry cleaning machines, laundry equipment, and pressing tools safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring a hygienic environment at all times. Assist customers with their clothing needs, providing friendly service and answering basic questions about garment care. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and receipt issuance. Follow all safety protocols and quality standards to deliver consistent results that meet customer expectations. Experience Previous experience in garment pressing is a MUST, providing familiarity with customer service excellence. Basic knowledge of dry cleaning processes, laundry operations, and garment care techniques is required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality pressed garments consistently. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively. Experience with cleaning procedures or general maintenance is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
