• Hillsboro, OR Pink Flamingo is hiring a skilled Drywall Specialist to join our growing Field Support Team.

This position is primarily focused on residential drywall repair, patching, texture matching, and restoration work following plumbing, HVAC, and sewer repairs. We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing clean, professional finished work and understands the importance of leaving homes looking better than we found them. While the primary role is drywall and restoration, this position will also assist our plumbing and field crews with general support tasks when needed. If you're experienced, dependable, fast-moving, and take real pride in craftsmanship, we'd like to talk. Primary Responsibilities Residential drywall repair and installation Drywall patching after plumbing and HVAC access work Taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing Texture matching (orange peel, knockdown, hand texture, etc.) Preparing walls and work areas for repair Maintaining clean and organized job sites Supporting field crews with general labor and project assistance when needed Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members Qualifications Prior drywall repair and installation experience

REQUIRED
