Key Responsibilities:

Finish drywall surfaces to achieve a smooth, even, and professional appearance Apply primer, paint, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces in restoration projects Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching imperfections Follow project specifications and safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety standards are met Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete projects on time and within scope Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and ensure a clean work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in drywall finishing and painting, preferably in the restoration industry Proficiency in drywall taping, sanding, and finishing techniques Strong knowledge of painting methods, materials, and surface preparation Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Willingness to be on-call for emergency situations, including nights, weekends, and holidays Join our team and enjoy a collaborative work environment that values quality, professionalism, and growth. Requirements:

High school diploma or

GED. 2 -5

years of experience as a drywall finisher and painter Valid driver's license. Good knowledge of the tools, materials, and methods used in drywall and ceiling finishing. Ability to interpret construction blueprints. Knowledge of the applicable safety guidelines. Basic math skills. Good problem-solving abilities. Exceptional customer service skills.
