Job Description

DSHS Fircrest RHC Custodian 1 The Custodian will perform a variety of routine custodial, housekeeping, and general maintenance functions to maintain the cleanliness, safety and care of Fircrest RCH located in Shoreline, WA. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm, with Saturday/Sunday off. What we're looking for: Ability to keep accurate janitorial records and documentation Knowledge of regulations and safety standards governing the cleaning of public facilities Experience with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies including safety practices relative to the use of cleaning agents Ability to take direction and multitask, including when working independently Familiarity with principles and practices of janitorial maintenance Ability to use power equipment and chemicals Flexibility, as daily workflow may change to fit the needs of the facility Who should apply? A valid Washington State Driver's license and a minimum age of 18
