Join Our Team as an hourly Direct Support Professional (DSP) Make a meaningful difference—every single day. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living fulfilling, independent lives while being part of a supportive, mission-driven team. What You'll Do In this role, you'll build genuine connections while helping individuals grow, thrive, and engage with their communities.
Your day-to-day may include:
Supporting and teaching independent living skills based on individualized plans Assisting individuals in accessing and enjoying community activities and resources Providing respectful personal care when needed (bathing, dressing, feeding) Offering encouragement, emotional support, and problem-solving guidance Practicing active listening to promote wellbeing and personal growth Collaborating with team members to meet each individual's unique needs Completing documentation accurately and on time Attending team meetings and ongoing trainings No Experience?
