Role:

As a DSP Supervisor at

KAMOR CARE SERVICES

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in daily operations and client care. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations. Coordinate and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and families. Facilitate team meetings to discuss client progress and address any concerns. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of DSP staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance. Promote a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the human services field. Valid CPR and First Aid certification required. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Knowledge of developmental disabilities and person-centered care practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with care management software.
