Job Description

Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver -
Developmental Disabilities Starting Pay:
$21.40 Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey .
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Community integration and companionship Behavioral support and mentorship Medication administration Transportation to community activities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license
Training Provided:
College of Direct Support (Online DDD certification courses)
Preferred Experience:
