DSW/Caregiver

Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature; observe and report any changes in condition Assist with medication administration following proper protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Prepare nutritious meals aligned with individual care plans and dietary restrictions; assist with feeding as needed Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties including cleaning patient areas and common spaces Document care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA standards and facility policies Requirements Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Certification or training in CPR and First Aid is required; ongoing training in patient observation and safety protocols is beneficial , company pays for CPR certification Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, patients, families, and healthcare professionals Join us to provide compassionate caregiving that transforms lives!
