Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating heavy-duty dump trucks to transport materials safely and efficiently across various job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, possess relevant driving skills, and be capable of handling related equipment and tasks associated with heavy hauling operations. Duties Operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, or other bulk loads to designated locations Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials in compliance with safety regulations Conduct routine inspections of the truck before and after shifts to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns Assist with the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts when necessary for loading or unloading materials Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks and related equipment as needed Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, fuel usage, and maintenance activities Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe transportation at all times Skills Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record and no automatic transmission restrictions Experience withh dump trucks and pup trailer combination (preffered) Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards in transportation Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting minor mechanical issues Strong attention to safety, detail-oriented, and dependable with excellent time management skills Ability to work independently in various weather conditions and challenging environments Strong communication skills Reliable and professional Join a team that values safety, reliability, and hard work.
