Dump Truck Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials and goods to various locations using a dump truck. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of materials.

Duties:

• Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials to designated locations
• Load and unload materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate delivery schedules
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Dump Truck Driver or similar role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating manual transmission vehicles
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems
• Ability to operate other types of trucks such as refrigerated trailers, tankers, or roll-off trucks is an advantage

• Excellent driving skills with the ability to maneuver large vehicles in various road conditions
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
