Duties Lead guided electric bike tours along designated routes, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants Provide clear instructions on bike operation, safety protocols, and local points of interest Engage with guests through lively storytelling, public speaking, and educational commentary about the area's history, culture, and environment Assist riders with bike setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth ride experience Manage group dynamics efficiently by demonstrating leadership and excellent communication skills Monitor weather conditions and adjust routes or schedules as needed to maintain safety standards Foster a welcoming atmosphere by addressing guest questions and providing exceptional customer service throughout the tour Skills Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide groups confidently Excellent public speaking skills to deliver engaging narratives and instructions Outstanding customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally Effective time management to coordinate tour schedules smoothly Clear communication skills for instructing riders and coordinating with team members Teaching experience or aptitude for explaining technical aspects of e-bikes in an accessible manner This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in outdoor settings and enjoy sharing their knowledge with others.
