That's why we offer: Ongoing coaching and mentorship Paid professional development days and training opportunities Structured curriculum and resources to support your classroom A positive, team-centered culture where your ideas are valued Clear advancement opportunities—we promote from within Creative freedom to bring your teaching style to life What You'll Do As our School Age Teacher, you will: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 5-10 Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support learning, creativity, and social development Foster positive relationships with children and families Provide guidance and supervision during daily routines and activities Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and licensing compliance Follow all Minnesota DHS Rule 3 health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to create a positive and enriching program experience Qualifications Teacher-qualified under Minnesota licensing requirements Experience working with school-age children preferred Strong understanding of child development Excellent communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass required background check High school diploma required Additional Early Childhood education/coursework preferred Schedule Monday-Friday 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM Compensation Pay is based on education and experience.
