As Support Staff , you'll provide valuable assistance wherever needed, stepping into various classrooms and roles to ensure that every child receives the care and attention they deserve. You will be an integral part of the team, offering support to both teachers and children as you help maintain smooth daily operations. Whether you're helping with classroom activities, offering additional hands-on care, or stepping in to support teacher transitions, your flexibility and teamwork will help create a positive and effective learning environment.

What You'll Do:

Assist in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities. Provide nurturing care, ensuring each child's safety and well-being. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom that encourages exploration and growth. Foster children's emotional, social, and intellectual development through hands-on interaction and play. Make daily observations to track children's health, progress, and development. Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development to grow your skills.
