We are looking for an experienced, caring, and organized Preschool Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at our preschool program. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, skilled in staff leadership, and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, families, and teachers. As a Preschool Site Supervisor, you will oversee program operations, work in the classroom setting, support classroom staff, maintain licensing compliance, and help foster a positive school culture where children can learn and thrive. Responsibilities Supervise and lead daily preschool operations and classroom activities Lead, support, and mentor teachers and support staff Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and program updates Assist with staff scheduling, enrollment, and administrative duties Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching and feedback Help build a positive, collaborative, and inclusive school culture Address parent concerns and operational issues professionally and promptly Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred Site Supervisor Permit or required state certification preferred Previous preschool leadership or supervisory experience required Strong understanding of child development and preschool best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer ✨ Competitive salary ✨ Supportive and collaborative team environment ✨ Paid time off and holidays ✨ Professional development opportunities If you are passionate about leading early childhood programs and making a positive impact in the lives of young children and families, we would love to hear from you!
