00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience Job Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children Follow and implement the Lead Teacher's prepared lesson plans, routines, and classroom expectations to ensure consistency in the children's daily experience Supervise, guide, and positively engage children in learning activities, play experiences, and transitions throughout the day Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, and organization while supporting established procedures and expectations Observe children closely and attend to their individual needs, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being at all times Document and communicate any notable incidents, concerns, or important information to the Lead Teacher and administrative staff Collaborate effectively with other teachers and support staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive classroom environment Adapt to different age groups, classroom settings, and teaching styles, and participate in required trainings to stay aligned with early childhood education standards and center policies Qualifications

REQUIRED

Age:

Education:

High School Diploma/equivalent

PREFERRED

Experience:

Experience working with children 5-years-old and younger in some capacity

• babysitting and nannying experience OK!

!! Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility
